NEW TO HOPE?

Maybe you're returning to church, or coming for the very first time. Whatever your story, we welcome you to come and join us!

We recognize that many people at one time in their lives were part of a church, but somewhere along the line, they left - maybe the sermons didn't make sense, the music was dull, or the people seemed unfriendly. We pray that Hope Church never feels that way to you! Learning about God is an exciting journey. There is a place here for you, with teaching that will make a difference every day of your life. Please join us!

  • what to expect

So if you're new and plan to visit on Sunday, here are some practical things you'll want to know:

Dress - Casual: from t-shirts to business casual, come as you are!

Music - Contemporary, with hymns scattered in occasionally

    Sermon - 20-25 minutes

Total service length - 1 hour

  • worship service

Worship Service (10:30am):  We believe that God is the One who gathers us to receive His Word as we prepare our hearts and minds to be reminded of our sinful nature and our continual need of the gospel. Everything after the message is therefore a response to the Word just spoken, and we leave with the assurance that we are sent with His blessing and authority to advance the Kingdom as his disciples.

  • sunday school

Sunday School (9:15am):  We believe that learning together is foundational for building Acts 1:8 followers of Jesus Christ that engage people in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry and worship. Sunday School classes are where you'll find your place to grow, belong, serve and deepen your relationships with one another. From preschoolers to adults, this where the life of the church happens!  (Sunday school meets Sept. 17, 2023 - May 19, 2024)

  • kids

We have a vibrant children's ministry here at Hope Church!

Children are welcome in the worship service, but if you need to be up and walking your child, the worship service is projected onscreen in the fellowship hall to give you additional freedom to move around.

KidsNite is our Wednesday evening children's ministry that introduces the bible through: Parables - Stories Jesus Told.

We meet from 6:30pm - 7:30pm during the school year. We gather in the sanctuary for a time of music, then kids move through three stations as they experience God's Word in Story, Games and Bible memory.
